Calluna Sweater is a top-down raglan sweater with a folded neckline and decorative cables across the front. The cable pattern continues down the body, while twisted stitch lines run along the sides and under the arms. The sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch, and the body and sleeves are finished with ribbing.

The sweater is knitted in one strand of Filcolana Mashdale. It is designed with approximately 6–7 cm of positive ease, depending on the size. The pattern includes instructions for adjusting the bust circumference and for changing the placement of the cables across the front. Optional waist shaping creates a subtle, visual waist.

Choose a size based on your bust circumference. The sweater is designed with approximately 6–7 cm of positive ease. If your bust measurement is near the upper end of a size and you would like a fit between two sizes, you can choose the smaller size and adjust the bust circumference. The pattern also includes instructions for adjusting the circumference if you would like a different amount of ease.

Gauge
22 sts × 30 rounds in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 × 10 cm.

Notions:
3.5 mm and 4 mm circular needles with cables of a suitable length
Double-pointed needles or short circular needles in the same sizes
optional 3.5 mm or 4 mm crochet hook
stitch marker,; stitch holders or waste yarn and a tapestry needle.

Techniques used:

• Working cables from a chart.
• Making right- and left-leaning increases from the strand between stitches on knit and purl rounds.
• Right- and left-leaning decreases.
• Knitting through the back loop.
• 2×2 rib.
• Provisional cast-on using a crochet chain (optional).
• Joining the folded neckband.
