Hebe neck warmer sits tightly around the neck and keeps the cold out. It warms the neck, chest and shoulders. With the buttons, you can easily unbutton it, if you get too warm.

Hebe has a elegant and beautiful high neck which is knitted in double knitting, this to get extra heat around the neck and keeping the cold out. The double knit continues out on the shoulders and continue shaping the button edge. The rest of the work is knitted in a fine cable pattern, which is knitted according to diagram.

The whole work ends with a nice i-cord edge.

Techniques used:

• Italian cast-on.
• Double knit.
• Collecting stiches.
• Cables over 2, 3 and 4 stitches both to the right and left.
• I-cord closure.

Knitting gauge:

19st x 32rows on needle size 3,5mm in double knit = 10 x 10cm

Note : In double knitting you only count the “front” stitches on the sample.

Merino DK from Ladybug yarn (200m/100g).
