KNITlig modtager betaling med Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American express samt beatling igennem PayPall, mobilpay, Google Pay og Apple Pay. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes.

KNITlig uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.

 

Delivery
KNITlig leverer på alle hverdage, med mindre andet er aftalt. 

Digital goods are sent immediately after the payment is registered, directly to the provided email address.

 

Physical items are shipped using the selected delivery method during checkout (GLS or PostNord). If you have chosen to receive tracking, you will receive an email with tracking information when the item is dispatched. Pickup in Hjallerup can be arranged by appointment. If you have chosen delivery by mail, KNITlig reserves the right to wait for up to 30 business days before dispatching a replacement letter if the original letter has not arrived.

We ship on all weekdays. Orders received on weekends or national holidays will be dispatched on the following weekday.

Returns and cancellation

No refunds are provided for digital products. 

You have a 14-day cancellation right on physical products when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

 

You must, within 14 days of receipt, notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to

In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of return/cancellation. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notice of this.

 

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery. 

 

Condition of the item when you return it:

You are liable for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.

 

To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not put it into actual use. Refund of the purchase amount: If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In case of depreciation, for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use your right of cancellation, we will only refund the amount for the item.

 

We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it beforehand. Complaint

The Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects apply to purchases. When you shop at www.knitlig.dk Of course, you have a 24-month warranty on physical products. This means that, as a starting point, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

 

How quickly should I complain?

You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after you have
you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after
the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

When returning the item, please specify the problem as detailed as possible. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash-on-delivery or similar methods. Remember, the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and be sure to obtain a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

 

A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

 

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of 1 month is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs. 

 

Claims expire in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 7 days after cancellation. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive only a portion or none of the purchase amount refunded, depending on the commercial value of the item.

The personal information is registered with KNITlig and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

 

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

 

The director has access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

 

As registered with KNITlig, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Personal Data Act, and any inquiries related to this should be directed to kontakt@knitlig.dk.
